Who we are Learning4Impact (L4I) is an international organizational consultancy with operations in Weston, FL, United States and Cali, Colombia, South America. Through a network of experienced professionals with complementary expertise, we deliver quality training and advisory services with a strong focus on organizational development and change, using action-learning techniques. We have adapted a participatory method for organization diagnosis and problem mapping, which involves staff at all levels in a learning-oriented process of collective thinking and action planning.
